By booking an appointment with Shauna, you are acknowledging:

1. Nature of Services:

• Shauna Domalain provides psychic, mediumship, healing, coaching and mentorship services for entertainment and informational purposes only. These services are based on interpretation and intuition, and should not be considered as definitive or absolute.
  
  
• The information provided during readings is not intended to replace professional advice from qualified experts in areas such as:
  • Medical diagnosis or treatment
  • Legal counsel
  • Financial planning
  • Mental health counselling
    
    

2. Personal Responsibility:

• You cannot have consumed alcohol, psychedelics, or other street drugs within 24 hours of the session . This does not include any medications you take for mental or physical health. If you arrive at the session under the influence Shauna will not do the session and there will be no refund.
• Shauna reserves the right to end any reading if she deems it in the client's or her best interest.
• You are responsible for your own choices and actions. Any decisions you make based on information received during a reading are your sole responsibility.
• You acknowledge that psychic readings are subjective and results may vary. There are no guarantees of accuracy or specific outcomes.
  
  

3. No Guarantees:

• Shauna Domalain makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided.
• We do not guarantee contact with specific deceased individuals.
• We do not guarantee that any predictions or insights provided will come to pass.
  
  

4. Confidentiality:

• While we strive to maintain confidentiality, please be aware that complete privacy cannot be guaranteed, especially in online environments.
• Any personal information shared during a reading will be treated with respect and discretion.
  
  

5. Age Restrictions:

• Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
  
  

6. Entertainment Purposes:

• Shauna’s readings and sessions are for entertainment purposes. They should be enjoyed as a form of personal exploration and insight, rather than a substitute for professional guidance.
  
  

7. Limitation of Liability:

• Shauna Domalain shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
• By agreeing to a reading you agree to hold harmless and release Shauna Domalain from any and all liability.
  
  

8. Appointment Cancellations and Refund Policy

• Cancellations or rescheduling of a reading or mentoring session must be made within 48 hours of the appointment.
• Once a reading is complete, a refund can no longer be issued. 
• In an effort to guarantee your satisfaction with Shauna’s services, she offers a one-time courtesy as follows. If you feel that you would like to stop the reading, healing, or mentoring session within ten minutes of the appointment's start time, you are free to do so and will receive a 100% refund. 
• This courtesy can only be offered within the initial ten minutes of the appointment; if the session continues any longer than ten minutes, it becomes non-refundable.

• Shauna Domalain reserves the right to modify this disclaimer at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
