Why the Heart Comes First
When a child dies, love doesn’t end—but the heart contracts. Grief, shock, guilt, and “what-ifs” can freeze the very pathways we use to feel our child’s presence. Before we reach for signs or messages, we first restore flow in the heart—so connection can be felt safely, not forced.
This VIP circle is my grief-informed process for mothers after child loss. We tend the four chambers of your heart—Wise, Compassionate, Creative, and Joyful—so your nervous system can soften, your breath can deepen, and your natural bond with your child can be felt again.
Important: Your child’s love is constant. This work does not replace therapy or promise a specific connection; it creates the inner conditions where connection is most naturally felt.
